My name is Louise Cenotti, my maiden name is Bellucci and I am 90 years young. Your mother, whom I loved, baptized me; she was my GodMother. I believe you knew my sister Ellie Barrie very well, as she mentioned you often and how well you sing.
I knew a Sansaverino family when I was a young child. My family lived on Main St. near the Box Shop and also on Alton St. I think there was a Steve Sanseverino. Their family lived on the end of Main ST. near the Ice House. Any relation? Very nice people too.
When I saw the mention of the Napolitan Festival in East Haven in the New Haven Register about you and your music, it made me think of your Mother. I just had to write to tell you I am very proud at how well you have been doing and that I love Italian music. May God bless you always and abundantly.

Dear Nina,
I look forward to your Festa di Natale which you hold every November and to seeing and hearing you perform. You always manage to host a great show and the food – that’s something else!!!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this year. So I will miss you and the fun and music: especially that incredible tenor, Aaron Caruso.
All the best, Maria
Gianni Lamagna
You are an inspiration to young Italian/American singers Nina. You are truly a DIVA and everyone loves you and looks up to you just as my family always looked up to your Legendary Mom – Giuseppina Pane. What a great lady she was and you have truly followed in her footsteps. Keep up the great work Nina. Hope to see you at your next banquet. Don’t forget to send me the info.
Thanks so much for another musical extravaganza – The Festa di San Giuseppe on March 29th was spectacular. The food was wonderful and the mood was festive and joyful. Beside thrilling the crowd with his magnificent voice, Aaron Caruso energized the audience with his charisma. Plaudits, too, to Christina Luna, Michael Rea, Marcantono Pezzano and Cory Pesaturo.
Thank you, Nina, for singing “Mamma.” The night would not have been complete without your doing so. Love Maria
Hello Nina,
I am looking forward to seeing you and all this great talent. Aaron had mentioned it to me, and I explained that I would be a bit late but wouldn’t miss it for the world.
The tribute to your mother with that beautiful song “Mama” brings me to tears each and every time.
Michael

Dear Nina,
I am looking forward to seeing you and to hearing you sing on March 29th at the Festa di San Giuseppe. You have such a lovely lilting voice. Of course, I am so pleased to know that the “Great Tenor Aaron Caruso,” as you so aptly bill him, will be there. He is amazing – with a truly magnificent voice and astounding charisma. All the best, Maria

La mia sorella,
My love to you goes beyond friendship. You are my diva and my star always. Nothing better could’ve happened to me than moving in to Bishop St. Your voice is like an angel and I am honored to know you. God bless you and Emilio forever. Lou
Hi Nina,
Although I have been temporarily sidelined with some health problems which have prevented me from attending your events and from hearing both you and Aaron Caruso sing, I am hopefully looking forward to attending your Christmas Show on November 30th. You are an inspiration to me and I cannot wait to hear Aaron’s glorious voice again. God bless you for all the beauty and joy you bring to this world. I wish uyou always and only all the best. Love., Maria
Hi Nina,
You made me Love Italian Music more then I ever thought I would. Every time you sing Mama I get tears in my eyes. It is my favorite song that you sing. I wish I could understand a little more Italian then I do. The show that you and Ralph and the others did at Anthony’s was superb. Rose and I really enjoyed it.
You mentioned about a Tribute to Mario Lanza at the Shubert. I did a bit of research and you can rent the Shubert, although I don’t know if they will allow you to offer a show there. The cost to rent doesn’t seem to extreme although you have to rent everything individually from the theater, sound system, ticket booth, etc etc. It seats approximately 1,600. If you are interested let me know I have a break down. I know Rose called and mentioned how to contact the people. They actually own another theater possible several. I couldn’t find to much info about the Mario Lanza tribute in RI. I have always liked Mario Lanza and remember watching the movies with my mom when I was much younger then I am today. Let me know if you need some help with this.
Try to go to the site listed, I don’t know if you have ever seen it but it is rare movie footage of Mario Lanza singing. There are also a lot of other short clips of him singing at this site, I think you’ll enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpP7heFjr0g

What a lovely website. I really enjoyed it. Made it one of my favorites so I keep up with all of your activities. You never know what I will show up for one of your dinner shows.
I won the Institute Scholarship twice and also performed at the Ball, and after that sang for nine seasons at the Met. I was inspired to become a singer by the great voice of Mario Lanza. How so many of us singers have been inspired by Lanza!! Viva Italia, Viva Lanza!
Hope to meet you and sing with you sometime. Thomas Booth

Cara Zia Nina!
Although there were moments of my life I wished my family were more like the Cleaver’s or the Nelsons, I wouldn’t trade a day of it today. There are not many people fortunate enough to have grown up surrounded by a passion for music and a passion for life. In fact, one of my earliest memories is of my great-grandmother, Antoinette, sitting at the kitchen table playing her guitar and grandma Giuseppina singing. I’m sure they’re both looking down proudly at you, carrying on a tradition that would have waned over the years if not for you.
Thanks for so many memories!
